Vorbia is designed to process your audio projects primarily on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud project storage, or advertising networks in the App. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, postal address, or phone number through normal use of the App. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs to track you across apps or websites.
4. Information Processed on Your Device
When you use the App, the following data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers: • Audio files you import • Track names, spatial positions, motion paths, and mix settings • Exported audio files you create You choose which files to import and where to save or share exports. Deleting the App removes App-local data unless you saved exports elsewhere.
5. Information You Provide Voluntarily
If you contact us by email (for example, feedback or support), we receive the information you include (such as your email address, message content, and optional attachments). We use this only to respond and improve the App.
6. Subscriptions and Third-Party Processors
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat may process: • An anonymous app user identifier • Purchase and subscription status • Product identifiers and transaction-related metadata • Device and app information needed for fraud prevention and service operation RevenueCat acts as our processor under applicable data protection law. 8. How Long We Keep Information
Project data stays on your device for as long as you keep the App and do not delete it. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and comply with legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.

Apple and RevenueCat may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms. You may contact us for more information about transfer safeguards relevant to your region.
